Our services
Aircho Autos Africa purchases vehicles on your behalf directly from manufacturers in China, arranges shipping to Tema Port, handles customs clearance and registration, and supplies genuine or OEM-equivalent spare parts and servicing for the vehicles we sell.
Quotes and pricing
Prices and vehicle availability shown on this site are indicative and can change without notice, since they depend on manufacturer pricing, shipping costs, and currency exchange rates at the time of purchase. A final price and delivery timeline will be confirmed with you before we proceed with any purchase on your behalf.
Orders and payment
Placing an order or accepting a quote may require a deposit or full payment before we purchase, ship, or clear a vehicle or part. Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on this site. Full ownership and delivery of your vehicle or part is conditional on payment being received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping, customs, and delivery
Shipping and customs clearance timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, including port schedules, customs processing, and documentation requirements. We will keep you informed of your order’s status, and you can also check progress using our Track Request page.
Warranties and returns
Any warranty coverage, servicing, or returns on vehicles and parts purchased through us are handled in line with our Refund and Returns Policy, available on this website.
Cancellations
Because vehicles and parts are purchased directly from manufacturers on your behalf, cancellations after a purchase has been placed with the manufacturer may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation charge to cover costs already incurred. Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

While we take care to source genuine vehicles and parts and to manage shipping and customs carefully, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping lines, customs authorities, manufacturers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
